She then completed her Pediatric Dentistry training at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston from 1982 to 1984. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Lewis is a teaching member of the faculty of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston.
Since completing her specialty training, Dr. Lewis has been in private practice in the same location in the Cypress area of Houston. Remaining in one practice location has allowed her to care for children in this community over many years and across different stages of growth.
Dr. Lewis is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow and member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
She is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Houston District Dental Society, the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Houston Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Southwest Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
